Horizontal Two-Roll Open Mill

Horizontal two-roll open mill is a rubber mixer machine that shears and extrudes rubber or plastic raw materials by using two horizontally placed rollers rotating at different linear speeds, achieving the process of plasticizing, mixing, thermal refining, and pressing.

This open mixing mill features energy saving and a long service life, and is optional in two lubrication methods: thin oil lubrication or dry oil lubrication. According to the production process of reclaimed rubber, various speed ratios are configured, with large shear force, fast speed, and good kneading effect. The rollers are made of alloy cold-hard cast iron, with hardness conforming to national standards. The front and rear rollers are both smooth rollers. The open mill is available in right-hand drive and left-hand drive, and if no request is made when ordering, it will be supplied as a right-hand drive.

Horizontal two-roll open mill is the basic equipment for the production of various reclaimed rubbers, used for kneading desulfurized rubber powder and plasticizing reclaimed rubber. This open mill can be configured as a single machine or multiple machines in the production process for optimal production efficiency.
