Mr. Michael, the leader of our company, accumulated approximately seven years of experience working at Barwell's China division. During this period, he gained significant expertise in rubber machinery design and manufacturing while developing a profound understanding of the industry.
However, his dream of entrepreneurship burned passionately within him. In 2010, he courageously left his position at Barwell to pursue his entrepreneurial dream, establishing Shanghai Chengqian Industrial Co., Ltd. As the company expanded, Shanghai Chengqian Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 2014. To better meet market demands, the company relocated to Kunshan, Jiangsu, and officially became Kunshan Chengqian Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2017.
Throughout the journey, Mr. Michael has steadfastly adhered to the principles of independent research and innovation. He recognizes that technological innovation is the key to a company's continuous development. Consequently, substantial human and financial resources were invested in the research and testing of new machinery, constantly introducing new equipment to meet diverse customer needs.
