    Pin Type Cold Feed Rubber Extruder

    The pin-type cold feed rubber extruder is commonly applied in the manufacturing of products having high requirements on quality like rubber hoses, rubber cables, and other similar items.

    The barrel of the pin-type rubber extruder is uniformly inserted with multiple rows of pins. As rubber is fed into the barrel through the feeding system, the pins inside the barrel enhance the mixing speed of the rubber, increase the density of the rubber, and reduce the mixing time.

    Used for extruding various rubber products
    • Optional different heads are selectable to extrude different rubber semi-finished products or feed rubber for calendering machines.
    • The pin barrel is of a segmented structure, with the feeding section barrel cooperating with the side pressure roller to increase the feeding capacity. The plasticizing section and extrusion section of the barrel are equipped with varying numbers of pins.
    • The advantages of this rubber extruder include good plasticizing effect, strong extrusion capability, low extrusion temperature, and stable operation.
    • According to customer requirements, the pin-type cold feed extruder can be equipped with rubber supply devices to transport rubber strips, etc.
